Hotel Reservation staff paint the town ‘Red’ at Lido’s ‘Black and White Res party’

Established in 1991 to provide aggregated accommodation solutions to Exhibition and Trade event attendees, Lido was quick to recognize the importance of its relationships with its hotel partners especially with the front office and reservations staff.
Sixteen years on and now a leader in accommodation, travel and event related services Lido are still willingly investing resources into nurturing these key relationships. Lido’s ‘Res’ (Reservations) party is unique in that it’s the only hospitality industry event exclusively for front office and reservations staff.
Every year, the Lido Group throws a unique party for hotel reservations staff as a “Thank You” and also as a “Getting to Know You” event, whereby its relationships are strengthened and new bonds form. Generous prizes donated by the Hotel chains and resorts are won and lost in a fun atmosphere!

This year the event is bigger and better than ever with some 150 hospitality staff enjoying a ‘Black and White’ theme for the event.
Tyler said, “this year will see us make use of our internal PCO division (Lido events) to organize the party and means our clients can now choose from Lido’s range of dynamic online event solutions through to creative design and full event management services delivered by an experienced event manager.”
