Last night Q Station hosted more than 150 professional conference organisers, corporate event planners and media at an interactive Christmas in July event and dinner held in their historic Governor Bourke Room.

The night was held to showcase Q Station’s festive season packages and to inspire event planners with a touch of heritage when planning their end of year functions.

Many guests at the event arrived at Q Station’s private wharf after travelling in style on board a private water shuttle departing from Circular Quay. Others made their own way by road and made use of the abundant free parking onsite.

The theming and event experts Decorative Events transformed the room into a winter wonderland for the night whilst Q Station’s team of chefs treated guests to delicious festive fare.

Team Building company BeChallenged again proved their creative genius by showcasing fun icebreakers and team games for the guests.

During the night several lucky guests won fabulous Q Station prizes and two lucky winners walked away with a $500 voucher to spend on a corporate Christmas Party event at Q Station.

Penny Parkinson, Q Station Retreat’s Director of Sales and Marketing said of the event, “Our venue in Manly lets you feel a million miles away from the city though it is located just 30 minutes outside of the CBD. Enquiries for the Christmas season have already started to pour in.”
